“MovieOrbitTV,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the MovieOrbitTV app and related services. This policy applies to the app, any website that links to it, and support interactions connected to MovieOrbitTV. It does not cover third-party services that publish their own privacy notices.

Please do not include health, biometric, political, or other sensitive information in a support request.

6. Apple and payments

Apple processes App Store payments. MovieOrbitTV does not receive your full payment card number or Apple Account password. Apple handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legitimate records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal requirements. We use access controls, encrypted connections, monitoring, and service-provider reviews. No online service can promise absolute security.

8. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information. You can also change device permissions and notification settings. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Children

MovieOrbitTV is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required by local law. If we learn that a child’s information was collected without required permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this policy as the app, technology, or law changes. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. We will provide a more prominent notice when a change materially affects your choices.
