These terms set the ground rules for using MovieOrbitTV. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required where you live to use MovieOrbitTV. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and approve your use. You agree to use the app lawfully.
2. The service
MovieOrbitTV may offer title discovery, search, streaming, watchlists, playback history, progress synchronization, profiles, and related features. Availability can vary by country, device, operating system, network, and content rights. Content is licensed for viewing; it is not sold to you.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Protect your password, verification codes, and signed-in devices.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Do not sell, rent, lend, or transfer your account.
- You are responsible for activity through your account, except where caused by our failure to protect it.
4. Permission to use the app
While you follow this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use MovieOrbitTV for private, non-commercial entertainment. This permission ends when your access ends.
5. Prohibited use
Do not copy, record, download, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, or create derivative works from content unless the rights holder permits it. Do not bypass geographic, security, access, or digital-rights controls. Do not use bots, scraping, reverse engineering, malware, unauthorized security testing, or activity that disrupts or overloads the service.
Do not impersonate another person, harass others, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or submit unlawful, hateful, violent, or exploitative material through MovieOrbitTV.
6. Ownership and feedback
MovieOrbitTV, its licensors, and content partners own the app, software, trademarks, artwork, audio, video, text, and data. If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without payment to improve the service. You retain ownership of your original material and personal information.
7. Apple and other platforms
Apple and other platform providers may apply separate terms. Their systems can affect installation, sign-in, playback, or availability. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their agreements.
8. Changes and interruptions
We may change, pause, or retire features or titles because of licensing, maintenance, security, law, or platform requirements. We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and provide notice when a material change affects the service. You are responsible for compatible equipment, internet access, and data charges.
9. Suspension or closure
You may stop using the app at any time. We may limit, suspend, or close access for a serious breach, fraud, security risk, or unlawful use. Removing the app from your device does not end any separate Apple-managed purchase; manage those arrangements through Apple.
10. Disclaimers and liability
MovieOrbitTV is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable, but cannot promise that every title or feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this Agreement removes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, indirect losses are excluded and total liability is limited to the amount paid to MovieOrbitTV in the 12 months before the event.
11. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s principal place of business, while preserving mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction.
12. Updates
We may revise this Agreement to reflect service, legal, or platform changes. We will publish the revised text and effective date here. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Agreement.
